Radius Bending for PVD Coated Profiles
MetalPatti now offers advanced radius bending for PVD coated profiles using specialized machinery designed to achieve smooth curvature while maintaining the premium appearance of the coated surface. Our latest machine enables controlled bending with minimal surface impact, helping reduce the risk of colour distortion, visible marks, or damage to the PVD coating during forming.
This capability is particularly useful for architectural and decorative applications where appearance is as important as structural performance. PVD coated stainless steel profiles can be used for interior detailing, furniture accents, edge profiles, curved decorative elements, and customized installations where a precise curved profile is required.
Our radius bending process is suitable for selected stainless steel decorative profiles and PVD coated profiles based on the specific profile design and project requirement. The bending result depends on the profile's length, width, thickness, material grade, geometry, and required radius. Since every profile has different forming characteristics, bending feasibility is evaluated individually before processing.
For thicker or wider profiles, a larger radius may be required, while smaller or suitably designed profiles may allow tighter curves.
