These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Metalpatti website https://metalpatti.com ("the Site") and your purchases of products or services from Metalpatti ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company") located at S-33 Parvati Industrial Estate, Pune Satara Road, Pune-411009, Maharashtra, India. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. The latest version will always be available on the Site. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

1. Orders

We may modify our product or service offerings periodically. By placing an order, you agree to buy the products or services described on the Site at that time.

If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items or quantities, please contact us via our website.

Delivery Terms:

• We take utmost care for packaging & selecting the right transport. However, FeCuNi is not responsible for any damage/theft/loss of material once material is dispatched from our factory premises.

Points to check on Quotation:

• Please ensure our quotation aligns with your requirements regarding dimensions, length, thickness, colour, surface, and other important aspects. This document is the foundation for order processing; we will not reference your enquiry during ordering.
• Orders once placed shall not be cancelled.
• The lead time will commence upon receipt of a techno-commercially clear PO or advance.
• Prices are for undivided quantity and may change with variations in specifications or quantity.
• Once goods are delivered and installed, we may take photographs/videos or request you to share them.
• Terms in the quotation can be changed as per product requirements.

2. Payment and Security

If the order value is ₹50,000 or less: 100% advance payment is required. For orders above ₹50,000: 50% advance is required. Accepted payment methods: Cash, NEFT, UPI, Cheque.

All transactions are encrypted using SSL through verified processors. We do not store payment details.

3. Invoicing

• Digital invoices will be sent by email after purchase.
• For a printed invoice, contact sales@metalpatti.com after purchase verification.

4. Product or Service Use

We deliver products and services in proper condition. For damage or incorrect items, contact sales@metalpatti.com or call +91 88056 06363.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product does not match client specifications. Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return:

• Email sales@metalpatti.com
• Include original invoice
• Return item unused and in original condition

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.

7. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Ownership passes after full payment. Risk passes upon delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Site or services meet your needs
• The Site is secure, uninterrupted, or error-free

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be handled by courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms form the complete agreement between you and Metalpatti. If any part is invalid, the rest remains applicable.
